GYNECOMASTY SURGERY

Gynecomastia is defined as enlarged male breasts.

Excess glandular tissue is considered real gynecomastia. Collection of fatty tissue is considered pseudo gynecomastia.

During puberty 65% of adolescents have temporary enlargement of the breast. This is the consequence of the elevated hormone levels and it occurs parallel to the sexual development from the age of 12 years. In the majority of cases it regresses after 1-2 years. Obese patients have larger breasts.

Breast deformity persists into adulthood. It can be disturbing because of its size and form or because it causes pain. It can also be developed by bodybuilders who use anabolic steroids, Testosterone and different medications, or by users of Marijuana.

After the age of 50, Testosterone levels decline and larger amounts of fat will be deposited in the breasts and around the abdomen.

The sudden development of breast enlargement at any age. Most patients are 30-40 years old males without change in medication or drug history. The tumor is fibrous and it is located in the lower part of the breast. It is often painful and bilateral. It might secrete hormone-like substances.

“I always felt insecure about my breasts. From a young age in school to many years later, whether playing sports with friends, or even just taking my shirt off in front of my wife. No matter how much working out and dieting, I couldn’t change a thing. Finally I decided to take the leap and and perform a Gynecomasty and it absolutely changed my life. Thank you Dr. Kish!”

Penis Enlargement Surgery

“I was sceptical before undergoing this surgery as it seemed too good to be true, and scary! After having my consultation with Dr. Kish, He made me feel at ease, and made sure I knew everything about the procedure and felt 100% comfortable and confident. The procedure ironically does not involve surgery on the actual penis! Finally, I could not be happier with the result. I am blown away!”
